Agreement
By using our website, creating an account, or purchasing a licence, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The product
Un Order for WooCommerce is a software plugin for WordPress/WooCommerce that helps merchants offer withdrawal and "stop order" flows in line with applicable consumer rules, including the EU requirements relevant from 19 June 2026. The plugin is provided as described on this site and in the documentation available at the time of purchase. You are responsible for correct configuration, testing, and legal compliance in your own store and jurisdiction; we are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
Licence and use
Subject to payment and these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software on the number of sites and for the term stated in your order (for example, annual subscription or lifetime, as applicable). You may not resell the plugin as your own product, share licence keys in bulk, or use the software in a way that harms us, other customers, or third parties. We may use technical means to prevent unauthorised use and to enforce key limits.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect compromise. We may suspend or close accounts in case of breach, non-payment, abuse, or security risk, where permitted by law.
Fees and tax
Prices and billing cycles are as shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider; you authorise us and them to charge the agreed amount. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once access or the licence is delivered, except where mandatory consumer or distance-selling rights apply. Taxes may be added according to your location and the rules we must follow.
Updates and support
We may release updates, fixes, and new versions. What is included in your plan (updates, support channels, and response times) is as described on the site or in your order. We aim to help but we do not guarantee a specific result or a fixed timeline for every enquiry.
Warranty disclaimer
The software and website are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties such as fitness for a particular purpose where the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or in connection with these terms or the product in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in fees for the product in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data, except where such exclusion is not allowed.
Open source and third parties
Our product may use or reference third-party components (including open-source software) under their respective licences. Your use of WordPress, WooCommerce, and hosting is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services you choose to use with the plugin.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms; we will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance, where the law allows. Either party may end the agreement where the law and these terms permit. Provisions that should survive (such as limitations, intellectual property, and governing law) will continue to apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence give you additional rights that cannot be waived. Courts in England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any stricter rights you may have as a consumer in your home country.
